Our Wedding

Their story began three years ago at a bar in Hoboken during the Eagles vs. Giants playoff game. Vin spotted Alex in her glowing blue jacket and thought, “I need to talk to her.” He worked up the courage, asked for her number, and by Tuesday, they were on their first date. Not long after, on a trip to Newport with The Goldens (we hope they see this), Vin asked Alex to be his girlfriend right in the middle of dinner, and before long, they were inseparable. Fast forward to today: they live in sunny West Palm Beach with their pup Rome. Next stop? Saying I do in Tuscany!

Ciao! We cannot wait for you all to join us in the beautiful countryside of Tuscany! We highly recommend booking your travel as soon as possible. Make sure your passport[s] are up to date and do not expire within the 6 months of traveling to the wedding! Le Filigare is about 35-minute drive from Florence, Italy. You can obtain one for $20 from AAA (members and non-members). See&nbsp;https://www.aaa.com/vacation/idpf.html&nbsp;for more info. NOTE:&nbsp;only locals are allowed to drive within certain areas of Florence and in the towns of Tuscany. &nbsp;Without the special permit, you can be fined if stopped. &nbsp;Visitors are only allowed to park in certain areas as well. &nbsp;Please familiarize yourself with the restrictions if you plan to rent a car. Train system: If taking a train for all or part of your travels, you can get from the Florence airport (FLR) to the main train station in Florence - Santa Maria Novella (SMN). &nbsp;From SMN you can take a regional train to another station. NOTE:&nbsp;Ubers are not readily available in this region of Italy. While there may be Uber Black services available, we don’t recommend relying on this as your mode of transportation as they may not be timely.

Please RSVP as soon as possible. Your response helps us finalize our total guest count, which directly impacts our accommodations and the per-person cost. If alternate accommodations are needed, we will of course arrange transportation for all guests. Please do not submit any payment until you hear directly from us. Vineyard Tours &amp; Tastings – Le Filigare is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, surrounded by world-renowned vineyards. Many offer tours, tastings, and even cooking classes. Tuscan Cooking Class – Learn how to make pasta, tiramisu, or traditional Tuscan dishes with local chefs.

Florence (40 min) – Renaissance art, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, and plenty of shopping. Siena (50 min) – A medieval city known for its stunning cathedral and the Piazza del Campo. San Gimignano (35 min) – Famous for its medieval towers and gelato (some say the best in Italy!). Greve in Chianti (20 min) – A charming town with wine shops, markets, and a relaxed piazza.
